Shipping and Returns
We accept Paypal and any major credit/debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.
All prices are in EUR (€).
2. SHIPPING, TAXES & VAT:
Please allow 2 to 4 business days for your order to be shipped after payment - no shipping will be made on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
EUROPEAN ORDERS (EU):
- We offer free UPS shipping on all European orders. Estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days depending on location. Shipping from Spain.
- When ordering within EU, VAT/tax and duties are included in the given price. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within European Union.
- For expedite deliveries please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can arrange different options for you to choose from.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Outside EU)
- We offer free TNT Express shipping on all International orders. Estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days depending on location. Shipping from Spain.
- When ordering outside EU, all prices exclude VAT/tax and duties. Price also excludes costs for physical inspection at customs in countries where this is required. Please note that we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.
- USA ORDERS
- To order from USA please visit our USA online store: us.cueroandmor.com where all prices are in USD and include any applicable US tax or import duty.
3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
- EUROPEAN ORDERS (EU):
- Returns and exchanges are accepted. You have 14 days upon reception of your order to request a return. Please send an email to email@example.com with the Subject "Return Request" and your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- With the RA Number you will receive return address and instructions. You will need to provide tracking number of the shipment to CUEROANDMOR.
- The return must include all the signature packaging material, including CUEROANDMOR gift box, dust-bag and any other additional packaging included in the original order.
- The item must be new and unused with all the applicable hangtags attached to it.
- All shoes should be tried on on a carpeted, clean surface, as shoes with any sign of wear or marked soles will not be accepted for a return.
- Once the package has been received, inspected and accepted we will proceed with the return. Reimbursing full cost of the original order minus a restocking fee.
- Upon receiving the package, CUEROANDMOR will determine if the returned items are in as-new condition. No return will be accepted if returned items have been visibly used, soiled or damaged by the customer, this use and damage rendering the product unsuitable for sale.
- If CUEROANDMOR does not accept the returned item for the above reasons, the item will be then returned to the customer at his or her own expense.
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Outside EU):
- At this time all international orders are final sale.
4. FINAL SALE:
All sale items purchased at 40% off or more are FINAL SALE, and not eligible for return or exchange.
